Our response on the COVID-19
Over the past few days, many new developments have been released regarding the Coronavirus.
We've always taken great pride in our clean and well-run stores, and we know this is more important than ever right now. We're adding even more rigorous cleaning to ensure a healthy environment in all departments of our stores and in our service lanes.
In our Showroom, we are following guidelines from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the more preventative measures. This includes additional cleanings on germ prone surfaces, vehicles, table tops, countertops, waiting room facilities, restroom facilities, door handles, desk, telephones and more.
In Our Service Department, in addition to the procedures being followed in the Showroom, while your car is in for service our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place. Technicians are wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle and wiping down all surfaces after the service has been performed. Our detail shop is following the same best practices before delivering your vehicle back to you.
If you need service but prefer to not come into our dealership, we offer pickup and delivery.
During this time, we are also committed to taking care of our employees. We've provided them with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe. Out of caution, we've temporarily instructed our team to welcome our guests with a friendly greeting but refrain from handshakes and hugs.
